Axis Mega Distribution Centre (“AMDC”) stands on a 50 acre industrial land with a wide frontage onto the Klang/Banting Highway and about 4.5 kilometres from the KESAS Highway which connects to West Port and the rest of the Klang Valley. The LRT 3 or Bandar Utama - Klang LRT Line terminates at Johan Setia LTR Station which is about 4 minutes away from AMDC.

Phase 1 of AMDC consists of a built-to-suit single-storey warehouse, a double-storey office block, other ancillary buildings, and external elements with a built-up area of 515,000 sq. ft. constructed on 24.78 acres of land for Nestle Products Sdn Bhd. This facility serves as Nestle’s distribution centre.

Phase 2 of AMDC consists of a built-to-lease single-storey warehouse with attached offices, ancillary buildings, and external elements with a built-up area of 509,040 sq. ft. The warehouse is divided into 8 identical units to offer flexibility in catering to either single or multi-tenants usage. The development was completed in March 2024.
